Multimarket is a perfect theme for building marketplace website. This theme come with WooCommerce and Dokan Multivendor Plugin that allows you to turn your conventional store into a marketplace with many vendors inside.
With Dokan multivendor plugin, you can manage the vendors, assign products to the vendor, setting the sales commission etc. Every vendor can manage their own products and change their information from their own vendor admin page. Also every vendor will have a dedicated page on your website where they will be able to list all of their products, but they will also show up in your normal shop pages so you can sell your own products alongside those of your vendors.
